Our Green Shop has a wall of gravity  and scoop bins for dry food staples and snacks as well as glass jars containing loose herbs and small seeds. Using these refillable containers enables customers to buy from the shop using their own packaging and reducing single use plastic.

You can choose how much of the product you wish to buy, it will be weighed/measured and you will only pay for the product, not the packaging.

The shop also has liquid refills available, the large containers are filled with laundry liquids, detergents, cleaning products as well as soap, shampoos and hair conditioners.

​

The liquid containers are returned to the manufacturers to be refilled over and over again saving hundreds of single use plastic bottles over their lifetime.

 

Customers are asked to bring their own clean containers with them, but if you don't have any with you we have spare containers for liquids and paper bags for dry food. If you wish to order loose products online we will deliver them or prepare them for collection for you using  paper bags or re-usable containers.

The shop takes cleanliness seriously ensuring that all staff and volunteers are trained in hygiene and Covid safety.
